A super easy way to make ruffled party streamers using your sewing machine. Start with a couple of rolls of your favorite crepe paper and your sewing machine. Set one tension dial to a high number , then the other tension dial to a lower number. What this does is make the sewing machine ruffle the paper so it looks really pretty. Your friends will wonder how you did it! It will probably take you less than 30 minutes using 4 rolls of crepe paper.
